Solution Owner - Digital Customer Engagement

Asahi #d Solution Owner - Digital Customer Engagement is the key driver of all application activities in this area, covering #digital solutions for all AEI markets. This includes managing relationships with sales key users, knowledge of business processes, management of delivery partner and performance monitoring.


With support of PMO, Release Management, Application Architecture, IS Operations, Service Desk and other IS functions is taking full ownership of dedicated application portfolio.


Key Responsibilities 


Asahi #d Solution Owner - Digital Customer Engagement takes accountability for projects and application evolution focusing on

  • Demand gathering, classification, use cases definition
  • Solutions Design within architecture guidelines and continuously evolve regional solution set
  • Project governance for deliveries by external off-shore partner
  • Championing regional design and ensuring proper integration and retirement of local solutions
  • Facilitation of testing of new functionalities, testing case creation and testing execution based on AEI testing standards
  • Change management and super user training to ensure value realization


Serves as a primary escalation point for any service management related topics raised by the respective business key user that requires a follow-up.


Develops and engage key/super user network across AEI to facilitate change management and end user training for business applications


Qualification criteria

  • Master degree or equivalent in Technology or business related
  • 5+ years of professional experience with exposure to IT processes methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with customer portals or/and  B2B ecommerce applications development cycle (i.e. Adobe Magento)
  • International experience advantage (accountability for delivering in/to different countries)
  • Knowledge of business processes in FMCG sales domain, Solution design
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, service oriented mind-set, project management experience
  • UX/UI best practice adoption experience
  • Proficiency in English
