We're looking for a specialist to support the growth and development of our DEAT teams and contribute to talent development activities across the CZSKDEAT cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and retain talent
- Ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Support their performance and company growth
Occasionally, you may assist with other HR tasks for DEAT and serve as backup during the HR Manager's absence.
What will you be working on?
Talent Acquisition (TA) and Psychometric Assessment:
- Implements the organization's TA policy ensures alignment with the regional standards,
- Works closely with the Senior Management Team and other hiring managers to ensure that market recruitment needs are met, the TA practices are effective and propose improvements where relevant,
- Manages TA activity end-to-end, including international mobility, career website, employer branding communication, TA suppliers, and talent pipelining,
- Maintains accurate and secure records of the psychometric assessment results.
Learning & Development:
- Provides guidance and support with respect to the training and development needs to all employees,
- Supports the Senior Management Team with the implementation of the competency appraisals; helping to identify and address the development needs, including job induction training for all new employees,
- Identify and implement appropriate trainings,
- Liaise with AEI Talent & Development community of practice.
Talent Management and Career Development:
- Coordinates the annual talent cycle and supports the Senior Management Team in ensuring the proper governance and quality of talent reviews, succession for business-critical roles and talent development,
- If relevant, helps with translation and rollout of policies, playbooks and trainings related to talent management and career development,
- Runs refresher workshops on talent management tools and best practice,
- Inputs into improvements of the existing AEI talent management practices.
Employee Engagement:
- Coordinates Global Engagement Survey (GES) in the local market,
- Supports the Senior Management Team in identifying the key insights from the survey, including follow-up actions and improvement plans,
- Assists the Line Managers with regular team engagement and effectiveness needs,
- Helps the Senior Management Team to drive the desired company culture and behaviors.
DE&I, Safety, Health, and Wellbeing:
- Champions the organization’s commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and integrate DE&I principles into relevant areas of Learning & Development (L&D) and training programs,
- Acts as point of contact supporting people in their safety, health and wellbeing needs,
- Stays updated with external and AEI practices to ensure the organization remains aligned with market practices.
What would I need to find in your resume?
- Previous experience in HR team,
- 3-5 years of experience in L&D and/or Talent Management,
- Various HR related trainings or certifications in order to be able to act as SME (example: MBTI practitioner, Train-the-Trainer, facilitation skills),
- Familiar with industry trends and best practices in talent management and L&D,
- Experience in collaborating with senior management team,
- Proficiency in German and English language.
