SUPPLY CHAIN DEVELOPMENT EXPERT

Responsible for cross-border operations data reporting and analysis, including gaps and opportunities identification to drive SC effectiveness and efficiency. Support automation & digitalization agenda of the entire Regional SC Planning scope (all areas) including projects related to development of additional capabilities for regional Demand and Supply Planning tools, IA projects and tools roll-out. Support countries with improvement of local solutions related to data collection & storage, reporting and analysis

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and own the data consolidation process, master data management and volume exchange process between AEI markets (production countries, export business units) and regional planning team.
  • Responsible for cross-border operations data reporting and analysis, including gaps and opportunities identification to drive SC effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support automation & digitalization agenda of the entire Regional SC Planning scope (all areas) including projects related to development of additional capabilities for regional Demand and Supply Planning tools, IA projects and tools roll-out.
  • Design reporting in Power BI as a team super-user for all Regional Integrated Supply Chain functions. Support countries with improvements of their local solutions.
  • Consolidate replenishment plans from all AEI selling BUs / 3rd party customers and allocate down to breweries in timeline manners with agreed quality. Ensure customers comply with agreed processes.
  • Analyze data packs from formal MRP/Capacity/Demand/Export plans to support budget, strategic planning and supplier contracting process.
  • Lead the data collection processes across all AEI BUs to enable creation of such reporting to measurement ther performance.
  • Key member and contributor of further development of overall AEI planning systems (Nostra&Escape) design and processes, being responsible for managing areas of master data definition, integrate relevant system interfaces and data de-aggregation.
  • Support Planning Systems Services and other regional ISE functions (MRP) to leverage the experience and to design data process collection system.

 

Qualification Criteria

  • Master degree and 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain
  • Excellent/Superior numerical and analytics skills
  • Experience in planning and working with data essential
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS SQL Server and great knowledge in designing automated & digital tools/solutions
  • Project management skills
  • English required
