And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.

 

Functional Overview

To deliver better, more creative and cost-effective solutions for our business, we are growing an in-house agency team, to support the Global Asahi brands and local market activities. As part of this model, we need an experienced Account Manager to manage the day to day running of projects for our markets and brands.

 

You will work alongside creative, social and digital teams to deliver excellent marketing solutions for our brands and markets. Our primary focus in our first 2 years will be around excellence in digital and social. We have set an ambitious goal for the IHA, growing over the next 4 years and expanding our remit and capabilities.

 

As the Account Manager you will be the key contact between the markets, brands and the in-house agency. You will not only have excellent campaign management experience, great people skills but also have a good understanding of delivering marketing campaigns; including strategic, creative and production processes. The Account Manager requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with client partners and key stakeholders/peers.

 

You will perform a key role in the in-house agency, managing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you are a brilliant multi-tasker who is results driven and passionate about driving creative excellence. A solid understanding of all aspects of the media landscape (social and digital essential) and the integrated production process are essential.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Leads the day-to-day management of key projects within your portfolio of brands.
  • Build great relationships with the markets and their brand teams, while effectively collaborating with external agencies and 3rd parties.
  • Manages the development and delivery of best in class, creative and production across all projects through to implementation and campaign reporting.
  • Track project deadlines and capacity to ensure we are in line with expected delivery, flagging to clients if additional support is needed.
  • Champion ‘Best in class Account Management practices’, by managing meeting invites, contact reports etc.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the In-house agency to ensure the projects are clearly planned out, prioritised and resourced accordingly to meet deadlines and requirements.
  • Input into (with Operations) Yearly and Quarterly planning for relevant projects and work with brands on prioritization and optimal workflow.
  • Be a champion of the IHA processes, ensuring you are following key structures such as reporting, post project evaluation, feedback loops and communication protocols.
  • Take ownership of projects from a finance and budget management perspective. Including tracking time and project budgets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client markets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our brands.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Relevant industry experience (agency or client side)
  • Commercial Business or Marketing degree advantageous
