We are seeking a Technology and Process Innovation Lead to spearhead our journey towards the brewery of the future, driving breakthrough technologies and sustainable process improvements in brewing and packaging across our European operations. 

Your Impact 

As technical Innovation Lead, you will be accountable for developing and delivering a long-term innovation roadmap, identifying new technologies, and leading their implementation across markets. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and global R&D teams to transform brewing operations—enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and performance while maintaining world-class quality. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement new technologies and process innovations in brewing and packaging across AEI. 

• Lead the scouting, piloting, and scaling of transformative technologies—automation, real-time analytics, sustainable processes. 

• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Support multi-country NPD (New Product Development) with technical and process solutions. 

• Partner with global R&D and build a network of strategic external collaborators. 

• Champion sustainability by reducing energy, water, and waste across operations. 

• Influence the strategy for cost-saving initiatives, targeting €4–6M in COGS improvements. 

What You Bring 

• Master's degree in Brewing, Engineering, or related science. 

• 10+ years in process innovation within the brewing industry, preferably in a global setting. 

• Deep knowledge of brewing and packaging operations, from R&D to shop floor execution. 

• Strong project management and change leadership capabilities. 

• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, automation, data analytics, and operational excellence. 

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
