COMMUNICATION & ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST  (HG16)

 

This role can be located in any of our operating markets

Main purpose of the job

Join a dynamic and welcoming Change Management team with a wide diversity of experience, knowledge, and skills. As a Communications and Engagement Specialist, you'll be integral to our team's efforts to support an exciting new project initiated by the regional Health and Safety team. 

 

This project aims to streamline processes and seamlessly integrate a new system across our markets in Europe. The new system will ensure we are able to manage the entire contractor management and Permit to Work lifecycle in a single, unified platform, helping to reduce risk, improve compliance and drive operational excellence.​

 

Please be advised this is a fixed term role (2years)

 

More specifically, you will be trusted to:

  • Help deliver and provide input on the communication activities in the Change Management plan 
  • Ability to deliver engaging communications and share new innovative ideas on communication
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and tailor communication strategies accordingly 
  • Coordinating and organizing engagement sessions with local markets
  • Organizing and coordinating the creation of videos
  • Planning and coordination of training sessions
  • Managing the SharePoint information page and coordinating with market internal comms to deliver content across all markets 
  • Managing the market internal communications team (alignment and tracking) providing updates and coordinating with them to ensure communications are distributed in the markets
  • Managing translations for markets communications – either through internal comms teams or provider 
  • Support with team presentations (simplifying and engaging) 
  • Support facilitating (as/when needed)
  • Able to track and report on effectiveness of communications 

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years of Communications experience 
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Change Management experience would be a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong technical skills (SharePoint and PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to create videos (desirable)
