Export/Import Planning Expert

Job Characteristics

To manage the demand flow, balance the supply as per the defined export processes within/between AEI and its export customers. To manage the execution of Demand allocation and delivery of constrains’ s solution, balance the supply. Coordinate SKU management process.

Job Specifics

•    Accountable for implementation of overall AEI exports and intraregional planning and processes and compliance of its execution to designed solution. 
•    Responsible for implementation of supply chain and technical side of export innovations process to ensure the new product is delivered on time from optimal source of supply in optimal costs.
•    Manage the execution of allocation of Export demand to the right source of supply and of alternative source of supply for key products respecting provenance and other rules.
•    Accountable for execution of all the actions making sure the demand is balanced, prevented and all material issues are sorted out. Leading the discussion with breweries, Central team and Export Business Units.
•    Ensures latest export demand changes, potential supply issues are cascaded down to breweries as well as escalated to stakeholders. Responsible to find optimal solution and ensure its implementation.
•    Responsible for implementation of the decisions related to SKU complexity management process and its reporting.
•    Identifies and addresses process or system gaps/issues in order to drive continuous improvement
•    Ensures the Supply Chain rules, and need agreed with AEI Central Supply Chain are updated in Export Service Level Agreement, including containers, Exploitation of Rights Agreement and SA contract.
•    Define and maintain the Supply Chain delivery (order) rules for ABEG Export customers and measure the adherence to the process from both sides.

Ideal candidate has

•    3+ years of experience in optimizing and rationalizing supply networks 
•    2+ years of experience in export/import, operations
•    2+ years of experience in beer industry or similar FMCG companies
•    Cross functional or global project management experience
•    Expertise in Implementation of Global/Regional end to end integrated Solutions with end to end process integration
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
•    Superior analytical skills 
•    Superior knowledge of best practices in supply planning
