GO Graduate is an entry-level role into AEI. The role is conceptualized as a 2year program of multiple rotations in a dedicated function(s). The purpose is to provide young talent with relevant functional/business knowledge through meaningful and impactful project work and initiatives in given function/department. The whole program is overseen by a program sponsor who designs the contents and rotations in the program to create a meaningful career path for the GO Graduate.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotational Assignments: Complete a series of rotations across various departments, contributing to real projects and tasks under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Learning and Development: Participate in tailored training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your professional and technical skills relevant to each rotation.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of specific projects within each rotation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve key outcomes.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from senior leaders within the organization, benefiting from their insights and experiences.
• Networking: Build a strong internal and external network by engaging with colleagues, peers, and industry professionals during rotations and company events.
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess your progress and performance in each rotation with rotation manager and program sponsor, receiving constructive feedback to refine your skills and meet program objectives.
• Career Development: Work with program sponsor and mentors to identify areas of interest, strengths, and career aspirations, helping shape your post-program career path.

Qualification criteria:

• University graduate in relevant field
• Recent graduate with up to two years of professional experience
• Strong academic record and a demonstrated passion for learning and growth.
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Availability for occasional business trips and for relocation for short term assessment
