Are you passionate about HR technology and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are seeking a talented HR Key Administrator for SuccessFactors to join our team and help us elevate our HR processes to new heights.
About the Role:
As an HR Key Administrator for SuccessFactors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the regional design and configuration of selected modules are well-maintained and enhanced to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will work closely with business owners to support HR teams and processes, ensuring the system is user-friendly and enables end users to perform their tasks efficiently.
You will be responsible for analyzing and managing semi-annual system updates, providing end-user support to approximately 10,000 colleagues, and participating in exciting HR digital projects, such as rolling out SuccessFactors to our colleagues in the USA and Canada.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and maintain deep system knowledge to implement process and system changes, including configuration, permissions, workflows, and notifications.
• Ensure the single configuration for AEI is maintained, with any deviations well justified.
• Implement new requirements following the new demand process.
• Manage half-yearly release updates and collaborate with Accenture and HR teams to determine the enablement plan.
• Work with the IT organization and Accenture to refresh Test environments to mirror Prod settings.
• Maintain system configuration documentation (workbooks).
• Manage route maps and templates to support annual activities according to the People Calendar.
• Provide ongoing support to HR teams, including maintaining and updating the HR knowledge base, delivering training sessions, and offering refreshers to local system admins and HRBPs.
• Support end users by resolving SuccessFactors-related service desk tickets and managing interactions with Accenture and SAP for ticket resolution.
• Keep your SuccessFactors knowledge and accreditation up to date.
What We're Looking For:
• In-depth SuccessFactors knowledge, preferably with SuccessFactors Expert Accreditation.
• Expertise in SF Recruitment module is a must, with knowledge of other modules (preferably SP/CDP, PMGM, and Compensation/Variable Pay) being highly desirable.
• Familiarity with automations and genAI solutions.
• 3+ years of HR admin/analyst experience.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR data structures.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in English.
