HR Operations Support (0.8 FTE)


Location: Prague, Czech Republic


Join our collaborative HR Operations team and help us shape great employee experiences!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for smooth processes and great service? We're excited to welcome a new team member to our Prague-based HR Operations team. In this part-time role (0.8 FTE), you’ll play an important part in delivering an excellent employee experience by supporting core HR operations and maintaining high data quality.

 

About the Role:
As an HR Operations Support, you will ensure the seamless execution of dedicated employee lifecycle processes — from onboarding to offboarding — for our colleagues based in Prague. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining records, supporting HR systems (especially SuccessFactors), and assisting employees with various queries.
You will also collaborate with your HR colleagues, providing essential support and continuously improving our processes for efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding for an assigned group of employees, including documentation and communication
  • Administer and respond to inquiries from our HR general email account
  • Support relocation cases, benefit administration
  • Maintain and organize personnel files in both physical and digital archives
  • Manage A1 applications and coordinate with the Czech Social Security Office
  • Support senior HR Operations colleagues with ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Ensure our internal HR knowledge platforms, such as Kando, are kept up to date
  • Use and improve our HR systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central) to support accurate, compliant, and user-friendly processes

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed high school or university education
  • Previous experience in HR Operations or personnel administration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Czech labor law and employment regulations is beneficial
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a plus
  • Native Czech speaker with strong English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
  • Confident user of MS Office tools
