Purpose of the role:


The main purpose of the Pricing Specialist role is to collect, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner. They are responsible for creating reports and dashboards that provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.


On a daily basis you will:


  • Maintaining customer on-invoice pricing in SAP.  When customer pricing is changed by the sales account manager (in line with the pricing policies) they will submit pricing forms and approvals for the pricing analyst to maintain in the system.
  • Maintaining retrospective discounts. As the sales team arrange promotions, they will inform the analyst to maintain the temporary discounts on SAP.
  • Playing a vital part in processing invoices from customers for discounts by either verifying invoices prepared by the sales team in our online invoice processing system (Concur) or verifying invoices directly in SAP.
  • Ensuring sign offs/approvals are in place as per the Pricing policy.
  • Management of SAP Concur workflow and retro policy allocations, as well as manually releasing SAP retro invoice rejections once reviewed.
  • Support the pricing manager with maintaining the pricing inbox and responding to user queries.




•    Bachelor  in Finance accounting

•    2-3 years of experience of working in finance shared services functions

•    Experience of working within regional teams in a matrix environment is advantageous

•    English on professional level

•    Good IT/excel skills, SAP is an advantage 

•    Knowledge of relevant finance systems tools desirable

ABS encompass a broad range of financial activities designed to support businesses in their day-to-day financial operations, long-term planning, and compliance with regulations. These services are crucial for maintaining financial health, making informed decisions, and achieving the overall financial objectives of the organization.  The key outputs of ABS are to provide accounting services including the summarizing and reporting of financial transactions of a business, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.  ABS is also responsible to adhere to multi-jurisdiction financial regulations and reporting requirements, including ensuring compliance with these regulations and ensure accurate and timely reporting to relevant authorities. In addition to this, ABS is to use effectively use financial software and systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data security.
