PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Administer requests submitted by the Procurement/business teams ensuring compliant, efficient and on-time handling of all incoming transactions. Support the Procurement/business teams in all purchasing request related matters in-line with the defined processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer transactional requests submitted by the business aligned to defined standard processes and policies.
- Act as subject matter expert for operational procurement requests by providing support / guidance to the business.
- When needed, ensure administrative and tactical support for various Procurement activities in support of the local/category teams and/or business requestors, including content management, spot buys and system support
- Provide excellent service level ensuring customer satisfaction within agreed SLA.
- Resolve purchasing incidents, identify root causes and seek for appropriate solution.
- Collaborate pro-actively with stakeholders to clarify requirements, conditions, timeline, ensuring operational and transactional excellence.
- Demonstrate an appropriate risk awareness: adhere to compliance requirements and actively address issues / concerns related to risks caused by incorrect information and / or inappropriate release strategy.
- Act as change agent for continuous improvement and value creation by identifying and addressing improvement / simplification areas for system and processes.
Qualification Criteria
- High School Certificate
- Proficiency in English & Czech
- MS Excel (intermediate)
