SAP CoE Lead

We seek a highly skilled and experienced SAP CoE Lead to join and build a dynamic team. The SAP CoE Lead will oversee the SAP Center of Excellence, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of SAP solutions across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of SAP technologies. Participate in the S4HANA implementation project and ensure the project team applies best practices. The CoE lead will be reporting to the Regional Applications Lead.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead the SAP CoE team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Develop and implement the SAP CoE strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape.
SAP Solution Management:
- Ensure the effective deployment and integration of SAP solutions.
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance and reliability.
- Ensure SAP license compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
- Communicate SAP CoE activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing SAP CoE team of 5 members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP implementation and management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge in any of the SAP modules.
- Ability to think strategically and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification(s).
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
- Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and trends.
