About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Application Delivery Specialist to oversee the governance, delivery, and ongoing support of critical business applications. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our application services are cost-effective, secure, and meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Application Management

• Support and maintain critical business applications.
• Analyze recurring incidents and implement solutions to enhance the application environment.
• Manage application lifecycle, ensuring all changes are documented, tested, and compliant with global IS standards.
• Ensure application security aligns with business requirements, including SOX and ITGC compliance.

Vendor Management

• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular service reviews and manage support contracts to meet organizational standards.
• Drive resolution of incidents, tasks, and problems with third-party partners.

Governance and Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners and BRM teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support end-user training and communication regarding project delivery, releases, and incidents.
• Take ownership of the OPEX budget, including PO creation, invoice approvals, and financial controls.

Operational Excellence

• Participate in initiatives to mitigate financial, reputational, and operational risks.
• Support the preparation of AMS budgets and track vendor performance.
• Facilitate smooth project transitions and oversee maintenance releases.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • Exposure to IT processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP, SaaS, or custom-developed applications.
  • International, large corporate, or multi-vendor experience is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in English, SAP, and Microsoft tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen.
• Competencies:
  • Advanced operational excellence and intermediate vendor/financial management.
  • Fundamental skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process engineering.
