SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST_MRP

This role can be located in any of our operating markets

 

Responsible for data collection and regional reporting processes related to MRP and Returnable Containers. This includes managing interfaces with countries, regional procurement, and finance. Additionally, involvement in cross-functional projects, implementation of new processes, and continuous improvement of MRP and Returnable Containers processes.

 

In this position you will be responsible for:

Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting

  • Leading the development and execution of the data consolidation process, including master data management across regional databases.
  • Designing and enhancing methodologies for collecting, validating, and reporting data from country teams to the regional team.
  • Integrating data inputs across functions, working closely with Finance and Procurement to ensure seamless cross-functional reporting.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of reported data, employing advanced analytical techniques to unearth insights that highlight inefficiencies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Organizing and facilitating regular strategy sessions with countries and regional teams to compare current performance against budgets, contracts, and other benchmarks.

MRP and Containers Management Process development and projects’ support

  • Advancing the MRP and Containers Management processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to meet evolving business needs.
  • Identifying and rectifying process and system deficiencies, working collaboratively across functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the overarching automation and digitalization strategy within the Regional Supply Chain Planning realm, actively engaging in projects aimed at augmenting capabilities within regional planning and reporting tools.

 

Qualification Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance  or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, emphasizing hands-on application of numerical methods and analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite,  Access, SQL,  Power BI, SAP MRP
  • Strong track record in designing and implementing automated and digital tools/solutions for Supply Chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in English.
