TALENT ACQUISITION ADVISOR

Main purpose of the job

End-to-end recruitment process for the business unit Asahi Business Services (ABS) in Prague. Provide support to 2 senior TABP in ongoing talent acquisition process for other HUB vacancies. CV screening and candidates' early assessment, scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, sharing information with hiring managers. Administrative coordination with TA vendors/consultants. Support of employer branding activities for ABS and HUB.

 

More specifically, you will be trusted to:

 

Recruitment Process 

Conduct end to end recruitment process for assigned hiring requisitions:

  • Source the candidates via LinkedIn search for selected roles

  • Analyze job requisitions and conduct briefing session with hiring manager

  • Advertise job internally and externally utilizing the appropriate advertising channels (job portal, social media etc.)

  • Conduct candidate screening including interviews 

  • Organize and participate in interviews with candidate and hiring manager 

  • When applicable, participate in psychometrics briefing session with external provider 

  • Prepare and discuss job offers with candidates, seek C&B input when required

  • Provide feedback to candidates 

  • Manage all recruiting steps in HOPS system

  • Timely communication and information sharing with the hiring manager

  

Recruitment Administration & Support:

  • Perform thorough CVs screening base on hiring criteria 

  • Conduct initial/screening and 1st pass informal interviews with candidates  

  • Interview scheduling 

  • Provide necessary assistance to TABPs as needed throughout the recruitment process

  • Support employer branding activities for ABS and HUB

  • Coordinate the cooperation with external recruitment vendors (recruitment process outsourcing and other recruitment agencies)

  • Maintain recruitment related statistics for the ABS management team and HR Business Partners

 

Do you have what it takes?

  • University degree

  • 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition process 

  • Fluent English  

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with international recruitment
