TRAINING MANAGER

Main purpose of the job
The experienced Training Manager will work independently to set the training strategy and complete offering across all Project stakeholders to implement S4 HANA.
Working as part of the Change Management team, workstream leads and market L&D colleagues for the complete end-to-end training process to ensure best-in-class training for S4. Training being the crucial aspect to ensure users are ready for go-live and have received the right level or training required to embed the change.
More specifically, you will be trusted to:
- Develop and implement a strategic training plan for SAP S/4HANA that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the selected training partner and collaborate with them to collectively deliver the end-to-end training for the program.
- Identify key training priorities and create a roadmap for training delivery and evaluation.
- Design and develop a global SAP S/4HANA training program tailored to various user roles and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, business leaders, and vendors to understand training needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure materials are engaging, informative, and tailored to the audience.
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Utilize surveys, interviews, and performance data to determine training needs and priorities.
- Implement a "train the trainer" approach to equip selected individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver SAP S/4HANA training.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to enhance user proficiency.
- Develop and manage the creation of SAP S/4HANA training documentation, manuals, and multimedia materials, with the selected training partner.
- Utilize digital tools and media platforms to enhance the accessibility and engagement of training materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional training leads to ensure consistency in global training standards.
- Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training program.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training delivery and make adjustments to improve scalability and efficiency. Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the training curriculum.
- Monitor and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and provide updates to senior management.
- Create and manage the training sustainment activities (storage, onboarding, governance, etc.)
Do you have what it takes?
- 3 – 5 year experience in leading training and L&D program(s), in managerial role
- Experience with large-scale implementations
- Advanced verbal & written proficiency in English
