The Role:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and strategic Global Senior Brand Manager (Partnerships) to lead and elevate the global brand presence of Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 through our prestigious partnership with Scuderia Ferrari HP and ambassador Charles LeClerc.

You will champion the execution, commercialisation, and ongoing strategy of this high-profile collaboration, working cross-functionally across markets and managing a diverse external agency network. You’ll help shape Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 into an iconic symbol of Italian style and sophistication on the global stage.

 


Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy & Development (30%)

  • Support the long-term vision and roadmap of the PNA 0.0 x Scuderia Ferrari HP partnership.

  • Co-develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Ferrari and identify new global partnership opportunities.

  • Lead TTL agency collaboration to ensure seamless, effective campaign development and execution.

  • Align with internal and external partners to embed the partnership into key cultural moments.

 

Partnership Execution & Commercialisation (70%)

  • Lead the activation of global partnership initiatives to drive awareness, sales, and brand fame.

  • Act as a strategic partner to local markets, ensuring top-tier delivery and amplification.

  • Manage global delivery of campaign assets, including comms, POSM, merchandising, showcars, and glassware.

  • Oversee contractual rights and relationships with Scuderia Ferrari HP and Charles LeClerc, in partnership with agency teams.

  • Track and optimise performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Own the budget and forecasting for global partnership activation (EUR 2M+).

 


Key Interfaces:

  • Internal: Global Brand Teams, Global Trade Marketing, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and local marketing/sales teams across key markets.

  • External: Sports and creative agencies (ATL & BTL), media/design partners, key customers, and distributors.

 


Qualification Criteria:

  • Proven experience leading partnership activations for multinational brands.

  • Strong background in sponsorship, brand marketing, or sports marketing.

  • Operational experience with a track record of managing cross-functional agency teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus but not required.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Experience working in or closely with agencies is advantageous.
