Main purpose of the job

The Global Head of Brand works closely with the GBD in leading the regular creation of a assets based on the creative platform and in line with the brand’s communication and touchpoint strategy. They lead the development of the digital strategy and executions to engage our consumers in new and differentiated ways.

 

Working closely with markets, they will deliver annual activations plans that deliver superior results. They will lead the development of assets for Retail and On-Trade and ensure the brand stays unique and differentiated in the eyes of consumers and customers and thus maintains its premium value.

 

They will lead the activation agencies’ work, from briefing to execution. They are expert at influencing and engaging stakeholders, drawing on extensive in-market experience.

 

More specifically, you will be trusted to:

  • Lead the development of activation assets and a touchpoint plan with heavy focus on Commercial Investment Framework 
  • Develop the brand’s digital strategy & agenda based on identified priorities working closely with the Touchpoint Planning-team and markets.
  • Develop the brands experiential platform to enable customers and consumers to engage and experience the brand, including Lighthouse activation.
  • Works with the markets and central resource to develop Point of Purchase brand assets that drive consumer engagement and bring to life the brand values and story.
  • Manage the relationship with and delivery of the agencies involved with the projects and relative marketing spend
  • Tracks the brands’ performance across markets against the brand dashboard, actively investigating the root causes for performance (good and bad) and course correcting or accelerating accordingly
  • Lead the “Brand Conference” and subsequent local forums to ensure close collaboration with markets, best practice sharing, ensuring market needs are met.
  • Own the Brand Budget in all aspects – including working and no-working elements – which an ownership mindset.
