And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.
Functional Overview
To deliver better, more creative, and efficient campaigns, we are launching an innovative in-house agency to support the Global Asahi brands. We are seeking a passionate Senior Art Director to oversee creative teams across multiple markets. You'll be part of an agency culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and excellence.
As a key member of the team, you'll work with the Exec Creative Director to manage and inspire teams, and ensure effectiveness across a diverse range of markets. This role offers the autonomy and resources to make bold decisions and push boundaries, unlike traditional agency roles where red tape and bureaucracy can stifle creativity.
We have set an ambitious goal to have the in-house agency responding to briefs by H2 2025. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing a new standard for creative excellence in the industry.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. Including digital, social, production and on and off-trade.
- Lead your creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and creative excellence within your team.
- Act as the brand lead, ensuring all work is creatively outstanding while consistently reflecting brand values and guidelines.
- Be a partner to the client services, digital and social teams, driven to deliver excellent creative ideas and solutions for all briefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally and deliver their vision.
- Lead high-stakes presentations, effectively communicating visionary concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Keeping up to date: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
- Representing the agency internally supporting the Executive CD to lead creative sessions, inspire the business and offer training and solutions to support the marketing team.
- Cultivate an environment of continuous innovation, encouraging experimentation with new ideas, technologies, and platforms.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: University degree (Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- 6+ years in a creative agency or in-house agency.
- Leadership / team management skill a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience working with global lifestyle or premium brands
- Strong digital and social media proficiency
- An inspiring, up-to-date portfolio showcasing excellent work for well-known brands
