Shopper Marketing Executive

 

The Shopper Marketing Executive will support the delivery of below the line marketing activity for all AUK brands within the Off Trade channel, collaborating and activating with customers, across all customer platforms; within store, outlet, online and media.  They will support day to day relationships with a number of smaller wholesale customers as well as a supporting role for the TMM and Controller on bigger customers. In addition run the activation calendars ensuring plans are delivered to meet the needs of customers and AUK and executed in line with our super premium positioning. 

 

Key accountabilities

 

  • Support the development of best in class activation within customer environments. 
  • Support the development and activation of customer activation plans. 
  • Management of in outlet executions, deployment and post evaluation developing efficiency & effectiveness strategies.
  • Implement NPD within the channel. 
  • Opportunity development working with e-comm controller.
  • Staci support

 

Experience and Key Attributes required

 

  • Educated to degree level
  • Commercial experience in an FMCG environment, preferably premium drinks. 
  • Excellent knowledge and application of PowerPoint and excel
  • Trade Marketing experience 
  • Experience of working in cross functional teams 
  • Strong project management 
  • Ability to identify insight and deliver projects through to action
  • Strong solutions focus and must be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
  • Is focused on strategic priorities and acts with focus, avoiding unnecessary complexity
