CUSTOMER TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR NORTH - On Premise Channel

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Customer Trade Marketing Supervisor North – On Premise Channel

In the trade Marketing department, the role is responsible for the right set up and execution of the channel, fully involving the sales team, supporting the achievement of channel KPI’s.

🧩 Your Activities Will Include

• Contribute to the strategic planning (IAP), the business review and the Business As Usual providing tracking, insights and post evaluations of sell in/sell out/ activities together with competition monitoring
• Supporting the sales team during the Customer Plan stream providing the proper building block model by region
• Responsible for the channel plan execution throughout the engagement of the sales force, monthly meetings and effective presentations with sales and the top customers point of sales/wholesale
• Provide analytics and insights by region/customers to implement course corrective actions if needed
• Be responsible for the Bran Builder outlets acquisition (and budget) and the Local events planning
• Manager project of optimization and execution

  Who we’re Looking For

• Master’s degree: preferably in Economics
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing roles, preferably in FMCG companies
• Good in English and Italian - written and spoken.
• Good Knowledge of Horeca

• Capacity to work in a cross functional team and manage complex situations.
• Strong determination and results driven
