🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

 

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of Commercial Finance Business Partner - Marketing

 

The role is part of the Financial Business Partnering team, reporting to the Head of FBP Commercial.

He/she acts as go-to contact for Marketing and Trade Marketing Directors and their teams, supporting them in definition, controlling and management of marketing budgets

 

🧩 Your Activities Will Include

  • Lead and manage the financial planning and forecasting process for all the marketing investment for the next year and throughout the year ensure that proposed activities/plans align with medium-long term business strategy 
  • Responsible for overall financial insights to support to the Italian Marketing and Trade Marketing function in re-evaluating any plans/activities throughout the year to achieve total company objectives and performance
  • Ensure appropriate monthly closing management: provide financial governance and guidance to ensure correct accounting processes & procedures are followed
  • Manage the Budget Capex required for new product development for the next four years and throughout the year and related business case development
  • Seek continuous improvement in ways of working and automation and align best practice across the team in conjunction with other finance business partners

  • Master’s degree: preferably in Economics or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 4 years of experience in role of Financial Planning & Accounting, within international FMCG industry preferably
  • Good in English and Italian - written and spoken.
  • Capacity to work in a cross functional team and manage complex situations.
  • Strong determination and results driven
