Content & Performance marketing lead

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Content & Performance marketing lead.

You will be included in the E-Commerce Team with the aim to ensure implementation of the right content in each customers to guarantee the best Customer Experience and prioritize investment across all the marketing funnel to implement the right strategy for each brand/channel.

✅ Your Activities Will Include

• Manage relationship with external E-commerce agency;
• Guide Integration with Marketing teams and Brand strategy;
• Guide the path to content and media performance optimization across all funnels;
• Guide the quality of Brand Activation in different sub-channels;
• Optimize ROS/ROI off all initiatives with limited resources, working always shoulder to shoulder with marketing teams to ensure consistency of digital and ATL strategy;
• Allocate budgets and analyze/recommend modifications to ad spends.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve University Master Degree, preferably in Economics/ Marketing;
• You’ve a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing/digital marketing, e-commerce (content & performance marketing);
• You’ve fluency in English and Italian - spoken and written;
• You’ve a good knowledge of Amazon advertising dynamics and tools;
• You’ve excellent Team Working & Networking skills;
• You’ve good strategic mindset and decision making skills;
• You’ve good problem solving skills;
• And if you’re a beer lover... this is better 😉!
