🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Learning & Development Intern.

You will be included in the Learning & Development Team with the aim to support the team in learning & development activities and processes in collaboration with the external consultant.

✅Your Activities Will Include

• Provide and monitor database of participants and report of learning activities;
• Support the delivery of Talent Management Review and Performance Review according to Talent Development Expert requests and needs (e.g. Provide data analitics, support report preparation, communicate with internal stekeholders);
• Support the implementation of learning activities (e.g. preparation of the class register, welcoming participants, classroom setup according to External Consultants needs.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment.
• You’ve a good English
• You’ve a Master's Degree in humanistic disciplines or economic
• You’ve a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• You’ve a good data collecting and analytical skills
• You’ve good organizational skills.
