SELL OUT SENIOR EXPERT

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Sell Out Senior Expert.

You will be included in the Trade Marketing Team with the aim to increase the sales force effectiveness for a in store execution in line with channel plans. All this through the coordination of routing and store processes and the definition, monitoring and analysis of the main sell out indicators.

✅ Your Activities Will Include

• Support the Line Manager in developing the Sell out Way Of Working and the guidelines for the correct execution in trade development and ensure the related induction and training to Sales Force;
• Coordinate the routing process in order to ensure the effective outlet masterdata management and focus the sales force on the most potential points of sales through ongoing analysis and insights;
• Define On Premise ISKA outlet panel guidelines and related analysis ongoing;
• Set Sell out main indicators target through ad hoc analysis;
• Perfect Store implementation, monitoring and analysis/insights for sales force in order to ensure the correct execution on the most potential points of sales in both channels;
• Define and develop the sell out dashboards for the sell out kpis ongoing monitoring in both channels;
• Analyze, in collaboration with Trade Terms Lead, the Points of sales investments to provide valued insights for sales force in order to focus on the most potential outlet and maximize the investments;
• Business Application Owner for CRM Sell Out for projects, implementations and related deployment to Sales Force.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve University Master Degree, preferably in Economics;
• You’ve a minimum of 5 years of professional experience whereof 3+ years in Sales or Trade Marketing roles;
• You’ve fluency in English and Italian - spoken and written;
• You’ve good interpersonal skills;
• You’ve excellent analytical and numerical skills;
• You’ve good organizational and planning skills;
• And if you’re a beer lover... this is better 😉!
