SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Senior Project Manager.

You will be included in the Trade Marketing Team with the aim to manage the Customer Planning process and implementing key projects for Sales and trade Marketing in order to improve process flows collaborating with corporate functions to facilitate communication and business customer plan.

✅ Your Activities Will Include

• Lead and run Customer Planning and Rolling Forecast Timeline & process managing schedule, scope, issues and risks, strategic planning, communication and analysis coordinating Sales and Finance stakeholders. Define the timeline from Integrated Activities Plan to Customer Plan including Roles and Responsibilities for each activity. Propose development improvements both on process steps and software application;
• Be the functional lead for business CRM sell-in, Customer Planning and Rolling Forecast applications;
• Collect change requests (improvements), supporting business users for documents development and approval process for each application;
• Collaborate to development new functionalities and definition of new processes, supporting the solution owner during testing activities for the release of new features;
• Be the first point of contact for issues in applications he is responsible coming from users and escalate if needed;
• Create and facilitate business relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external);
• Ensure training to users and follow up on upgrades.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve University Master Degree or equivalent in Technology and Business related field;
• You’ve a minimum of 5 years of professional experience;
• You’ve fluency in English and Italian - spoken and written;
• You've professional experience in digital projects management or capability to relate with technical teams to solve systems issues;
• You’re comfortable in managing multiple tasks;
• You’ve good interpersonal skills;
• You’ve excellent analytical and numerical skills;
• You’ve good organizational and planning skills;
• And if you’re a beer lover... this is better 😉!
