🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from the role of Sustainable Development & Corporate Affairs Expert.

You will be included in the Corporate Affairs Team, reporting directly to the Sustainable Development Manager, with the aim of supporting the implementation and integration of sustainable practices within the company and along its value chain. This includes managing sustainability projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and aligning sustainability strategy implementation with the company's broader corporate goals. The role involves significant internal coordination to foster collaboration and engagement on sustainability initiatives while promoting a purpose-led culture, as well as assuring support in public affairs and regulatory monitoring for topics of interest.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the company's sustainability strategy in alignment with Group priorities and the European/National regulatory framework;
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to support sustainability initiatives;
  • Support the Sustainable Development Manager in coordinating key sustainability-related processes and ensure they are integrated into the company’s operations;
  • Support the elaboration of comprehensive sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ESRS);
  • Stay informed about changes in the regulatory landscape and advise the company on necessary adaptations, with particular reference to sustainability and alcohol-related issues;
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability trends and emerging issues within the beer sector and adjacent industries;
  • Support the development and dissemination of sustainability-related communication materials for enhancing internal culture;
  • Promote awareness and engagement on sustainability issues within the company and externally.

 

 

👀 Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainable Development, Environmental Law, Political Science, Corporate Affairs or related field;
  • You’ve a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sustainable development-related roles. International experience is a plus;
  • You’ve fluency in English and Italian - spoken and written (C1 or more);
  • You’ve awareness of sustainability reporting practices and standards of reference;
  • You’ve a good understanding of the European and national regulatory landscape related to sustainability;
  • You’ve advanced skills in office package (especially Power Point and Excel);
  • You’ve project management, organizational and communication skills;
  • You’ve advanced analytical problem-solving abilities;
  • You’re curious, proactive and forward thinking.
