🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Total Rewards Specialist.

You will be included in the HR Team with the aim to balance the reward opportunities available to employees with the organization's goals, budgets and expectations. You will oversee opportunity, create solutions and define the Company’s strategy in the following areas: Compensation and benefits.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Analyse salary data and industry trends to provide recommendations for salary ranges, benefits, and compensation adjustments to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness;
  • Support People Leaders during Salary Review Process and questions on-demands outside salary processes;
  • Manage recharge process cost for HUB and recharged employees;
  • Support in the preparation of the cost labour budget collaborating with the Total Rewards Manager and the Finance department and ensuring that the budget is aligned with business objectives;
  • Prepare periodic reports on personnel costs and headcount on regional and local request;
  • Support in defining strategic guidelines and actions regarding Compensation and Incentive Policy and initiatives for the Company;
  • Be the primary point of contact for total rewards requests for data and hiring economic proposals preparation;
  • Job evaluation for grades revision and new positions in collaboration with AEI Job Evaluation Committee;
  • Maintenance of Total rewards intranet and develop proper communication materials;
  • Carry out analysis activities regarding the Remuneration and Incentive Policy for the Companies ensuring the uniformity of the processes;
  • Conduct analyses and reporting on the data available in the HR information system.
  • Contribute to the creation of interactive dashboards focused on personnel analysis to drive the overall human resources strategy and support in the implementation and evolution on HR Systems and tools.

 

👀 Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve University Master Degree in Economics or HR;
  • You’ve a minimum of 4/5 years of experience in Total Rewards;
  • You’ve fluency in English and Italian - spoken and written;
  • You’ve experience in complex & international contexts;
  • You’ve advanced skills in office package (especially Excel);
  • You’ve advanced analytical skills.
