🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Trade Insight Manager.   

You will be included in the Insight Team with the aim of leading the Trade Insight agenda, acting as a bridge between all commercial functions and senior management at both local and international levels.

The Trade Insight Manager plays a crucial part in shaping and influencing business decisions by providing valuable, data-driven insights that guide the company’s long-term strategy.

Your Activities Will Include

  • Manage the knowledge to deliver effective, robust and consistent decision making insight-driven knowledge in line with the business cycle and/or the process of formulation of commercial strategies. Constantly monitor channels dynamics at market, competition level as well as key business trends and company business KPIs, in alignment with commercial functions;
  • Drive the translation of data into business information and integrate them to generate meaningful and actionable insights enabling fact-based decision making processes and accelerating the translation of decision made into business actions;
  • Design comprehensive future scenarios for the channels, starting from available information and leveraging statistical and AI based models as well as qualitative\quantitative researches, to offer competitive advantage to commercial functions and improve effectiveness of business strategies;
  • Contribute to the development of local innovations by leveraging the best in class research tools are used, action standards clearly defined and learnings applied to optimize outcomes;
  • Contribute to Local Category Strategy formulation and development;
  • Lead implementation of the Trade insight methodologies, processes and tools for effective knowledge and data management and insight formulation in the market. Implement local usage of research protocols and ways of working;
  • Support excellence in business, brand and channel IAP planning, ensuring insight drives superior decision making around where to play and how to win;
  • Contribute to delivering local commercial objectives by efficient utilization of allocated resources in line with locally approved research plan.

 

👀 Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve a Master degree in Commercial/ Math/ Finance or Statistic Sociology;
  • You’ve a minimum of 4 years experiences in Insight & Data analysis;
  • You’ve at least 4 years of experience in supporting role for commercial strategy development and category development initiatives;
  • You’ve at least 3 years of projects leadership experience;
  • You’ve good understanding of fundamental commercial processes and roles;
  • You’ve experiences with cross-functional teams cooperation;
  • You’ve ability to build complex data models (correlation analysis, predictive models, machine learning, AI…);
  • You’ve a good knowledge of BI tools (BusinessObjects /Power BI / Tableau or other reporting tools);
  • You’ve experience in working with panel data platforms (Nielsen, CIRCANA, Global data), including the creation of dashboards and insightful market analysis;
  • You’ve fluency in English and Italian;
  • You’ve ability to think and act strategically and lead the team towards strategy execution;
  • You’ve good people management skills;
  • You’ve good analytical and numerical skills.
