At Asahi, we’re assembling a best-in-class in-house agency to elevate some of the most iconic beer brands in the world—Peroni Nastro Azzurro, Asahi Super Dry, Pilsner Urquell, Kozel, Grolsch, Lech, and Tyskie—across multiple markets. And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.

 

Functional Overview

To deliver better, more creative, and efficient ideas and campaigns, we are launching an innovative in-house agency to support the Global Asahi brands.

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Executive to enhance our online presence and drive digital marketing initiatives.

 

As part of the In-House agency, you will be responsible for supporting the digital team to deliver projects and initiatives that drive growth within our digital channels. Managing digital campaigns, reviewing performance data and looking for opportunities to optimise our channels improving conversions and engagement.  You will have the chance to work on some amazing brands globally, working closely with the creative and client service team to deliver projects to set timelines. 

 

The right candidate will need to have a can-do mentality, agile in managing workload, digitally savvy and able to deliver clear communication to senior members of the team

 

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Project management: Manage multiple design and digital projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Quality control: Responsible for overseeing the design and quality control of your work, from development through to production.
  • Website management: Maintain and update various websites and landing pages for local and global brands with regular updates and optimised user experiences. 
  • Digital Expertise: Collaborate with developers and UX teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital experiences.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and tracking open/click rates to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally.  
  • Self-sufficiency: You’ll have a high level of self-sufficiency, having the ability to ask the relevant people the right questions to get the information needed to handle projects autonomously when needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to ensure designs are modern and competitive.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics. Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • University degree in marketing, digital media, business or other relevant field. 
  • 1-3 years experience working in an in-house or agency environment
