And we need a Digital Executive to help drive our digital presence, ensuring our campaigns and platforms perform at their best.
Functional Overview
To deliver better, more creative, and cost-effective campaigns, we are building and growing an innovative in-house agency team to support the Global and Local market Asahi brands. We have ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond, aiming to significantly expand the agency over the next 3-5 years.
As part of this model, we need a proactive and dynamic Studio Manager who can manage the organization of the creative team and all agency resources across each market. You will ensure projects are delivered and executed across all relevant media, digital, and social channels—delivered to the highest quality standards and within agreed timeframes and budgets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Plan, manage, and scope the creative, digital, and social teams' resource schedules across multiple projects and markets, including assessing the feasibility of producing final creative work across various media.
- Oversee job trafficking and tracking from inception to completion, ensuring prioritization processes are followed so productivity and profitability can be reviewed and optimized.
- Responsible for workflow, team utilization, and feedback tracking, improving the creative workflow process to ensure efficient streamlining while maintaining the highest quality output.
- Drive innovation by creating and amending processes to find more effective ways for your team and the creative team to operate.
- Manage and mentor a team of Studio Managers, actively inspiring your team and fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure quality in team outputs, along with adherence to key policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards across the production of all creative work.
- Proactively identify and create new opportunities for team growth, expanding the scope of services to support and enable changing client requirements.
- Compile reports to show utilization and progress of all work, anticipating deviations from planned timings and costs, and proposing solutions.
- Hold regular production meetings, holding the creative team and studio managers accountable for deadlines, while influencing other stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
- Source quotes and produce estimates for work to be produced, negotiating with external suppliers, including freelancers and third parties.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to set the vision for the growth of the agency and creative team, considering resources and tools needed to meet the changing demands of the business.
- Champion the use of advanced project management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation in studio operations.
What You Bring To The Table
- At least 6-8 years in a creative studio lead role.
- Experience in managing multiple markets.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of studio managers.
- Expertise in utilizing workflow and project management tools.
- Experience with budgets and finance management.
