Main purpose of the job
Accountable for providing support to local/category procurement teams while ensuring compliance with all procurement processes and policies.
Accountabilities and deliverables
- Support the procurement team with all system related activities, reflecting accurately and timely their sourcing activity in the procurement platform (content management).
- Act as local compliance agent, ensuring all processes and policies are followed when sourcing activity is reflected in the procurement system.
- Act as local subject matter expert for P2O and S2C systems and processes, answering queries from the business and the local procurement team.
- Support the Vendor Master Data process from operational perspective, ensuring data quality, risk management and process efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within local/category procurement through acting as change agent. Ensure operational and transactional excellence.
- Execute Spot Buys following work instructions.
- Resolve supplier claims and issues with spot buys in an appropriate way.
- Ensure high customers satisfaction through consistent, concrete and measurable feedback and frequent quality controls and SLA tracking.
- Deliver against procurement KPIs.
