Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

Your tasks

Acting as a partner and advisor for the manufacturing area
Daily cooperation with business partners to improve the effectiveness of ongoing investment projects
Initiating activities and actively participating financially in ongoing projects
Analysis and monthly reporting of the implementation of the assumed plans
Preparation and participation in the process of cost planning
Searching for cost optimization for the brewery
Supporting business partners in better understanding the financial side of ongoing projects

Our expectations

Experience in the area of financial controlling and in close cooperation with business partners
Excellent communication and relationship building skills in a business environment
Highly developed analytical and strategic skills
Thinking out of the box and an attitude towards searching for new solutions
Proactivity and initiative in action and implementing changes
Very good knowledge of English and Polish (required)
Very good knowledge of the SAP system and MS Office, especially Excel sheets
You are ready to relocate to Poland
