Location: Silesian, Lesser Poland or Łódź Voivodeship
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the sales team and overseeing the work of Wholesale Account Managers
- Co-creating and implementing strategies to develop cooperation with Distributors in the selected sales area
- Supervising the execution of sales plans in line with organizational goals
- Managing investments and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and achievement of business objectives
- Analyzing competitor activities and market potential, and recommending solutions
- Collaborating with field sales forces, trade marketing, finance, and credit control
Our expectations:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in key accounts and field sales
- Higher education degree
- Analytical thinking skills and knowledge of financial indicators
- Well-developed negotiation and communication skills
- A collaborative, problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Self-reliance and excellent self-organization skills
- Category B driving license
- Fluency in Polish & intermediate English
- Stress resilience and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
