Location: Warsaw
Do you have experience in managing key clients and developing long-term strategies? Do you enjoy working with numbers, negotiating, and leading large-scale projects? If so – we’re looking for you!
As a Channel Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for the super- and hypermarket channel, focusing on maximizing sales growth and building long-term partnerships with key clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies for key clients in the super- and hypermarket channel
Planning and executing long-term client development strategies - Identifying new business opportunities to drive distribution and sales growth for KP brands
- Managing category development for key clients
- Cooperating with the field sales team to achieve channel objectives at the regional level
- Effectively managing investments and pricing strategy to ensure expected profitability
- Supporting the negotiation process with key clients
- Preparing and defending business presentations before key stakeholders
- Managing a team of Key Account Managers, supporting their development, and ensuring knowledge-sharing across the team
Our Expectations:
- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Proven experience in working with key clients and understanding key account management strategies
- Strong track record in building and executing long-term business strategies
- At least 8 years of professional experience in commercial departments (e.g., Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both business partners and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create data-driven business narratives
- Fluency in Polish & English
- Strategic and flexible mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
