About the role
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning processes, deliver sharp business insights, and actively support decision-making within our organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- lead financial planning and forecasting cycles throughout the year across all functions to ensure requirements are delivered in a timely manner
- consolidate country forecasts, budgets and strategic plans and prepare summary presentations highlighting key assumptions as well as risks and opportunities
- support annual process of target setting for the company as well as monitoring the results
- lead month-end closing, ensuring compliance with accounting processes and procedures
- review actual financial performance of the company, understand the drivers and trends behind business performance to enable an insightful contribution in financial review meetings and relevant decision-making forums
- monitor net working capital, identify key challenges and opportunities and support improvement projects
- seek continuous improvement in ways of working and planning and analysis tools
- provide support to key projects
Our requirements:
- university degree in finance or a related field; CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred
- at least 5 years of professional business experience, ideally within the FMCG sector
- minimum 3 years of proven managerial experience
- previous experience in financial planning & analysis, finance business partnering, or a similar function
- strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- ability to manage complexity and adapt easily to change
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- fluency in Polish& English, both written and spoken
