Location: Warsaw
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with marketing teams (brand and trade marketing, innovations) and research agencies.
- Seeking answers to questions about consumer behavior.
- Analyzing advertising and promotional activities of our company and competitors.
- Preparing research briefs and coordinating projects with research agencies.
- Identifying consumer trends and recommending development directions (e.g., new products, advertisements, promotions).
- Monitoring brand performance in the market and analyzing reasons behind growths and declines.
- Conducting “start/stop/continue” analyses and suggesting ways to improve.
- Creating cohesive stories from market and consumer data.
- Tracking consumer and product trends in Poland and abroad.
- Cooperating with regional teams, including exchanging inspirations and best practices.
- Quickly responding to dynamic and evolving business challenges.
Our Requirements:
- You hold a university degree, preferably in sociology, psychology, marketing, market research, or economics.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in insights departments or research agencies in both quantitative and qualitative research; FMCG experience is a plus.
- You possess analytical and strategic thinking skills and feel confident recommending development directions.
- You can combine various perspectives—consumer, business, time, and financial resources—into a cohesive approach.
- You have experience in project management (planning, prioritization, and budget management).
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable building and maintaining relationships.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
