Financial Sales Manager

Location: Warsaw

• Active participation in creating business strategy for the sales department
• Evaluating the business effectiveness of market activities, including cooperation with key clients
• Developing budgets and long-term plans, actively monitoring them, and seeking optimizations through analytical support
• Initiating actions and actively participating in the financial aspects of ongoing projects
• Analyzing the profitability of projects/clients/products
• Generating insights and recommending actions to increase the effectiveness of market activities
• Raising financial awareness and knowledge among business partners
• Monitoring compliance of commercial activities with applicable policies and procedures
• Developing and supporting the team under your supervision

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO DEMONSTRATE:

• Higher education (economics, finance)
• Completion of CIMA/ACCA – an additional advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position (experience in FMCG is a plus)
• Experience in team management
• Excellent command of English and Polish, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Ability to implement changes
• You are ready to relocate to Poland, Warsaw
