Role Overview:

Senior Lean Specialist in Plzeňský Prazdroj is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of Lean Practices across our breweries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He/she uses the achieved improvements to further motivate plant managers and their subordinates to use the Lean methodology in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, realizing, and implementing Lean practices across our breweries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia 
• Lead implementations of regional Lean practices and ensure their uniform implementation across our breweries
• Manage continuous improvement of internal processes 
• Train the Lean Specialists of the respective breweries and other relevant employees
• Perform Audits and regular evaluation of implementation efforts 
• Compile and present “best practices” for CZ / SK and responsibility for relevant communication

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of Lean tools and Lean problematic
• Experience in project management
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to train production employees and their managers

Nice to Have:

• Experience in managing an organizational unit in a production environment/department
• Experience with leadership, and change management - accomplished changes with proven benefits
