Job description:

• Management of key investment projects in the areas of sustainable development, energy, production process (project management in accordance with best practices, instructions and guidelines), assessment and evaluation of completed projects after commissioning. 
• Coordination and management of the project team 
• Developing business case and project documentation, subsequent planning, organizing, executing, delivering and evaluating
• Adhering to project budget and achieving project objectives
• Selecting and working with suppliers
• Ensuring HSE conditions within the project
• Working with other teams across the company
• Developing the energy management system (EMS) for Plzeňský Prazdroj CZ/SK, including coordination, improvement and maintenance of ISO 50 0001 standard
• Ownership of the sustainability performance management process, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting.

Must have: 

• A university degree in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in energy management
• At least 5 years of experience in managing investment projects.
• Experience in leading project teams and direct reports.
• English min. B2
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office, MS Project, knowledge of SAP/EMI or similar system. 

Nice to have: 

• FMCG experience
• Good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
