We are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for developing a digitalization strategy in warehousing. Your main task will be to bring innovation and efficiency to logistics and to ensure the implementation of these complex investment projects in all our breweries - in Pilsen, Velké Popovice, Nošovice and in Slovakia in Velký Šariš

Key Responsibilities

• Identification of investment opportunities in logistics for the Czech and Slovak market
• Creating a strategic roadmap for digitalization
• Preparation and management of complex investment projects in the field of digitalization and warehouse automation
• Creation and presentation of complete business case analyses for new projects
• Daily communication and negotiations with suppliers of warehouse and logistics technologies
• Managing the financial side of projects and ensuring budgets are met
• Planning, risk overcoming, project reporting and handover of projects into use

What do we expect from you?

• Education: university degree in engineering, economics or logistics
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in leading project or logistics teams with proven success
• Languages:English at least B2 level
• Technology: Good knowledge of SAP products, especially in warehousing (IM, eWM), Microsoft Office and project documentation
• Driving License: Group B
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking
