We’re looking for a Demand & Export Planning Manager, This role is your chance to take ownership of critical planning processes, drive innovation in demand forecasting, and shape the planning culture of our organization. What will be your daily work activities?

• Lead the team of 4
• Develop Robust Forecast Processes: Design and refine our demand forecasting processes.
• Drive S&OP and Demand Reviews: Take ownership of cross-functional alignment through the Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Oversee Export Customer Service: Manage the export order fulfillment and customer service processes for our international markets.
• Optimize Processes & Drive Improvement: Streamline planning and export processes for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to Strategic Projects: Be a key player in company-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Build strong relationships with all our internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Sales for market intelligence, with Marketing for campaign planning, with Finance for demand-related financial projections, and with Supply Chain to ensure production and distribution plans align to the demand.
