What’s waiting for you?

• Over 24 months, you’ll become a full-fledged part of our Sales and marketing team and explore how it all works — from A to Z. Through 3–4 rotations, you’ll discover where your strengths lie and gain experience across key areas.
• We’ll plan your rotations and development path together, so you’ll learn the most in the areas you’re interested in.
• Your first rotation? Curious about how beer sells online and in stores? You’ll work with a Key Account Manager and lead your own project focused on top retail customers. From analyzing e-commerce sales data to improving product content and digital visibility, you'll get hands-on experience in sales, e-commerce, and cross-functional teamwork. The next rotations? That’s up to you.
• One rotation can even take you abroad — Italy, the UK, Romania, or the Netherlands? We’ll decide together.

What we’re looking for in you:

• You are a recent graduate or will be finishing university.
• You have a good knowledge of English.
