About the role - Brand Manager for New Categories (contemporary beer + outside of beer) and related Route-to-Market:
Are you curious and ready for real marketing challenge? Would you like to be present to the birth of a new brand and/or product category within PPAS? Would you like to define and lead establishment of route-to-market suitable for this new category? Then, we are looking for you!
We are traditional beer company, but currently consider stepping out of our core business and introduce new contemporary beer proposition, as well as new non-alcoholic proposition, which will have no relation to beer. We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager, who will participate on development of brand offer in close cooperation with Inno team; and in later stage lead development of whole business model (RTM, P&L, OBPPC) and brand assets/communication for the brand.

 

Responsibilities:
• Building new brands / categories through:
• Participation on brand fundamentals and their validation on consumer
• Definition and implementation of market-entry strategy
• Creation of selling story and marketing plans for the launching period
• Creation, execution and coordination of brand communication (CCI, ATL, BTL), including consumer validation and alignment with other countries within Asahi
• Defining and leading execution of Route-to-market relevant for the brand/category (including cooperation with retailers and other potential partners, category captaincy etc)
• Developing and executing Shopper activations in Off-trade
• Briefing and management of cooperating agencies
• Project management
• Leading cooperation with other departments – innovation, trade & shopper marketing, insight and sales team
• Budget and P&L management

 

Requirements:
• University degree
• 5-year experience in marketing and related roles 
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities 
• Experience with interpretation of consumer insight
• Energetic person with passion for marketing in wider context
• Pro-active approach in everything you do and need of pushing things forward
• Creative, ambitious, sociable person who wants to share and realize his/her visions and ideas
• High ability to communicate with other roles and strong influencing skills
• Fluent English
• Active driver
