Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. is looking for talented and experienced candidate for Brand Manager position responsible for end-to-end creation of new local proposition, with aim to bring revolution to the beer category in terms of both image and the product. 
If you choose oustanding over “good enough”, curiosity over playing it safe, brand´s and team´s interests over own ego, you should lead a new brand proposition development. 


To be able succeed, you must demonstrate that:
• You are self-driven person with strong ownership and responsibility, ready to own the agenda with high level of independence
• You can develop, justify and implement long-term vision, strategy as well as whole marketing mix 
• You have an experience with end-to-end marketing and brand building incl. Working with Insights and data, Brand strategy development, Marketing communication including creative development, Product & pack innovation, Media, Trade Activation, etc. – and can prioritise accordingly
• You can lead activities development and oversee execution in all consumer and trade touchpoints above market and category standards
• You possess analytical & commercial acumen, understand business context and can quickly adapt to different market conditions
• You are strong in inspiring and supervising agencies to give their maximum while maintaining a good relationship
• You can lead great collaboration beyond your core team and cross-functionally
• You are open minded, curious and eager to learn and improve everyday

What we require:
•             Min 3 years relevant marketing experience in B2C (preferably FMCG), formal marketing education is a big plus
•             Success record in marketing proven on multiple brands 
•             Experience with marketing in its full scope and complexity 
•             Fluent English and Czech
•             Active driver
