Intrigued? We invite you to join our Integrated Marketing Communications team at Plzensky Prazdroj, the leader in the Czech beer industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Serving as a center of excellence for our brand teams, collaborating to optimize their channel mix across paid media, social media, influencer marketing, and emerging digital channels.
•    Directly liaising with our agency portfolio to ensure seamless translation of brand managers' needs into execution.
•    Collaborating with the broader team and drawing upon agency expertise and internal resources within Prazdroj to develop a plan and materials to enhance digital channel knowledge among brand teams.
 

Qualifications:
•    Creative and strategic thinker who questions the rationale behind campaigns to deliver optimal channel mixes for our brand managers.
•    5+ years of experience in digital marketing, strategic planning, digital marketing consulting, or a relevant agency role.
•    Proven track record of devising and overseeing the execution of successful digital strategies.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
•    University degree in relevant field
•    Fluent in English and Czech / Slovak.
 

Nice to have:
•    Previous experience driving innovation and leading digital channel optimization in an FMCG or similar company.
•    Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
