Finance Business Partner for Marketing and Innovations is a senior position within Finance Business Partnering team, reports to Senior Finance Business Partnering for Commercial Functions and manages 2 direct reports.

Role Overview:

• Proactively supports and constructively challenges the Marketing function to deliver financial performance of the function in line with total business objectives
• Generate insightful analysis with a total business mind-set to add value to the decision making process
• Oversees and drives diligence into Marketing functional spend and provides financial decision support 
• Plays a key role in financial decision-making for new product development
• Key business partners are Marketing managers, Trade and Shopper Marketing Director and Innovations Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide overall financial evaluation of marketing activities and investment choices
• Deliver brand P&L and provide constructive challenge and insight on brand financial performance
• Manage financial business cases within innovation process and provide financial insights for innovation team 
• Provide the continuous challenge to decisions on innovations with the respect of the channel / brand / pack profitability
• Support strategic planning process
• Manage the budget process for Marketing spend and innovations and ensure alignment to strategic plan
• Lead and develop a team of two senior analysts
• Review business processes and practices, benchmark across company and across Europe (ABEG)

Must Have:

• University degree 
• 5+ years of professional business experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role or leading employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Having a good business orientation, innovative thinking and commercial acumen
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel and Power Point)
• Advanced business English (spoken and written)
• Driving licence B
• Ability to travel across Czech Republic and to Slovakia

Nice to have:

• Professional qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is advantage
• Experience in leading a team is advantage
• Experience preferably in international FMCG industry
• Experienced in working on projects and managing outputs from cross functional teams
