JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER PILSNER URQUELL

What will be your responsibilities: 

• Developing ATL and BTL activities in accordance with the brand plan and market situation
• Tactical brand communication in line with the “positioning” and creative platform in order to achieve the strategic goals of the brand
• Management of activation and communication of sponsorship platforms
• Leading relationships and processes across all departments (purchasing, finance, planning, production)
• Managing and supervising suppliers in the areas of advertising, promotional activities, sponsorship and events, PR communication, digital marketing
• Responsibility for the allocated part of the brand budget and its effective use 
• Cooperation in the preparation of the brand plan together with the (senior) brand manager and managing its implementation with sales departments
• Preparing analyses and resulting recommendations for the entrusted brand

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• University degree  
• At least 3 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing preferably from FMCG company
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools
• Experience with project management, task prioritization
• Very good communication and presentations skills
• Good analytical and financial skills relevant to brand marketing
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Driving license B
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel)
