PLANT MANAGER VELKÉ POPOVICE

As a Plant Manager, you will:

• Lead with impact: Drive the operations of our brewery at Velké Popovice, ensuring seamless production and delivering exceptional quality products to market.
• Shape the future: Take ownership of strategic investments and sustainability initiatives that will define the future of the plant and contribute to a greener tomorrow.
• Drive excellence: Oversee financial planning and cost optimization while delivering products on time and within budget, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Champion compliance: Ensure full compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Inspire and lead: Motivate and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and innovation.
• Deliver innovation: Lead the implementation of planned innovations and cutting-edge activities to keep the plant at the forefront of the industry.
• Guarantee quality: Uphold the legacy of Plzeňský Prazdroj by ensuring the exceptional quality of every beer produced and addressing customer feedback with proactive solutions.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A university degree in brewing, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading teams and driving large-scale projects.
• Expertise in malt production (is a plus), asset management, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with quality management and health and safety systems.
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing and delivering large-scale investment projects.
• Ability to communicate in the Czech language
